Crispy Salmon Wings

Salmon Wings



500g salmon wings (ask your local fishmonger)

15g Wild Fennel Co. Salmon Seasoning (half a sachet)

Splash of olive oil 

Dipping sauce of your choice (e.g. teriyaki, soy or mayonnaise).



Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, toss your salmon wings in the Wild Fennel Co. salmon seasoning. Lay them out on the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes each side. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
