This one pan wonder ticks all the boxes, full of goodness, full of flavour and super easy to make.
YOU WILL NEED:
5 lambs' kidneys, halved
3 tbsp cocktail onions
1 bunch broccolini
30g Wild Fennel Co. Lamb seasoning
Zest of one lemon
1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
1 garlic clove crushed
Olive oil for frying
Heat a frying pan up on the stove with a little olive oil. Once hot add kidneys and caramelise for 2 minutes on either side.
Then add the garlic, broccolini, lemon, thyme, cocktail onions and a healthy sprinkle of the Wild Fennel Co. Lamb seasoning. Cook until the broccolini starts to wilt, add the butter, toss and serve.
