This dressing is perfect for your favourite spring garden salad featuring asparagus and a variety of herbs. A great alternative to a house dressing that you can make up and store in the fridge in a jar and reuse time and again. Add all ingredients below to a jar and shake to combine, then toss through your salad.

2 tbsp of honey
