YOU WILL NEED
Pork Belly (125g - 150g per person) cut into inch thick strips
Wild Fennel Co. Pork seasoning
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Line an oven dish with baking paper.
Arrange the inch thick strips of pork belly length ways and sprinkle all over with Wild Fennel Co. Pork seasoning, rub the seasoning into the meat until it's well covered.
Transfer to the oven and cook on high for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and cook for a further 30 minutes (per 500g of meat).
When cooked, remove and rest for 10 minutes before serving with a crunchy salad or creamy slaw.
